Our Intro to Barbells Class is great for people that want a change from the usual or are just starting out, even if they've never touched a barbell. During the class, the coaching team will walk you through everything you need to know to get strong. You will learn how to squat, deadlift and press in a small group environment. At the end of the session the coaches will discuss programming and gym membership options. This class is capped at only 8 participants.
